Hey everyone! I’m super excited today cause it’s confirmed that Aftershock Festival (my favorite music fest) is adding a FOURTH day to the madness. So now there’s a chill pre-game show on Thursday with an amazing lineup to get our weekend started off… sounds good to me!

The new lineup includes: Limp Bizkit, Anthrax, Testament, Exodus, Knocked Loose, Fit For A King, and Oxymorrons!

The last time I saw Limp Bizkit was when I photographed them at Aftershock in 2014 and someone threw their blue panties at Fred Durst (no lie haha!). If you haven’t been to Aftershock in Sacramento, California before, it’s a crazy (used to be two, but now it’s a) four-day metal festival with 3-4 stages going (depending on that year’s set up) simultaneously. Not to mention the foooooood! Ugh! I can’t wait for those carne asada fries, and that bacon burger, and the nachos.. just in time to refresh for the second half of the day (and more moshpits). I miss the pits, seeing my regular pit pals, and making new ones. I even miss being covered in sweat, beer, and blood — with none of it being my own. It’s going to be one hell of a weekend and I can’t wait!
