You know Spring has officially sprung when people start to break-up and show off their “summer bods”. This year has gone a bit too far though. Two bands have actually broken off with key members in the same day. Taking Back Sunday’s guitarist Eddie Reyes and Too Close To Touch’s guitarist Thomas Kidd and bassist Travis Moore got the axe on April 16th. Neither of which really went into the details as to why, but both are pretty excited for their future endeavors.

Of course there was a slough of “wtf” and highly-opinionated comments to which the band brushed off. Taking Back Sunday is still planning on their upcoming tour with Coheed and Cambria as planned.

Again, more saddened fans, but a lot of intrigue over their new and developing music.
I was honestly waiting for more bands to break-up but I guess that’s it for now. No news on what Eddie Reyes (former guitarist of Taking Back Sunday) is going to be up to but we look forward to it!
