New ‘IT’ Movie Said To Be More Terrifying Than The Last

If you’re a classic horror fan, you’ve most likely seen the newly filmed IT movie out of curiosity. I’ve seen it twice. It wasn’t terrifying, but there were a few parts where I said, “what the fuck” aloud in the theater. It: Chapter Two hasn’t cast it’s adult Loser’s Club members yet, but social media has its own ideas of course. Meanwhile, director Muschietti is speaking about the new film at CinemaCon stating:

“They’re gonna find a lot of things that resemble the first one, the humor, the emotion, the horror,” said Muschietti, prefacing his diaper-suggesting alert. “People are very invested emotionally in the characters of the story.”

“It’s gonna be scarier. It’s gonna be a more intense experience,” says Muschietti. “So, bring your adult diapers to the theater.”

I hardly think I’ll need one, but he definitely has my attention.

It: Chapter Two will be in theaters this fall on September 6th.
